1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by conterion sytembau to consumers (§ 13 BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy” button in the last step of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Contract text
The text of the contract is saved on our internal systems. You can view the general terms and conditions at any time on this page. The order details and the terms and conditions will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable or partially unable to return or surrender the received service and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits drawn if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. “Checking the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet received the consideration or a payment in the event of a higher price of the goods at the time of cancellation have made the contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent as parcels will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

5a. Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal
If you make use of your statutory right of cancellation (see cancellation policy), you will have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you pay a higher price have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for the item at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free for you.
6. Prices and shipping costs
6.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
6.2 The shipping costs depend on the amount of the order. The goods and the type of dispatch will be clearly communicated to you before you submit your binding order. You can find an overview on the shipping page.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery takes place within the EU and Switzerland (Customs costs may arise for deliveries to Switzerland. These costs are borne in full by the buyer.) The delivery costs stated by us refer to deliveries in Germany and Austria. Other countries on request.
7.2 Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product page. The delivery time for skate elements can be up to 10 weeks (depending on the size of the element or the system.)
8. Technical changes
8.1 We reserve the right to make technical changes and product improvements at any time.
8.2 The buyer is not specifically informed about technical changes and product improvements when placing orders. If interested, the buyer receives detailed plans and building specifications.
9. Payment
8.1 Payment can be made either by cash on delivery, invoice, transfer, direct debit or credit card.
8.2 If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
8.3 You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.
8.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.
